Twinning Association set up in 1996 between Dromore and Drumore (formerly
Dromore) in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA, bolstering friendships
between the two communities. Every two years friendships are renewed
when a group from Dromore or Drumore visit with each other staying with
families in their own homes. Each group pays for their own travel expenses
though activities, trips, etc which the groups take part in are funded
by each twinning group raising monies themselves from various fundraising
activities. They are also helped in this respect by Banbridge District
Council. The Dromore group has a membership of around 35, anyone wishing
